Farming for the Future
Regenerative agriculture isn’t just farming—it’s a movement that works with nature to reverse climate change. By restoring soil health, boosting biodiversity, and capturing carbon, these innovative practices transform degraded land into thriving ecosystems. It’s farming that nourishes the Earth while improving the water cycle, making every bite a step toward a healthier planet.
Nutrient dense
Every can holds bone broth: chicken, water, salt, simmered until the protein and collagen are actually there when you drink it.
100% Recyclable Packaging
Aluminum is one of the only packaging materials that gets reused as often as it's recycled — 73% of all the aluminum ever produced is still in circulation. We packaged a slow-cooked product in fast-cycling material on purpose.
Perfectly Portioned
Eight ounces is enough to actually use — a cup on its own, or a solid boost to whatever's already cooking — instead of a half-used carton going stale in the fridge.
Convenience with a Conscience.
We craft ready-to-eat, protein-packed foods and ingredients that are as good for the planet as they are for you. Our products, creatively designed and sustainably packaged, are made using regenerative agricultural practices that help heal the Earth. We make it easy, fun, and delicious to invest in healthier proteins for both people and the planet.

About us
We're a butcher and a creative who just so happen to be married. Wily sits right at the cross-section of our professional experience and a common love of good food.
James has spent more than 15 years in sustainable and regenerative meat. He started in 2010 as an apprentice butcher in Brooklyn, and has continued that work in various forms over the years since. Bella has spent her career on the creative side. She's worked as an art director and creative producer and ran her own apparel company for a decade. For the past few years she's art directed film and photo content for one of the country's biggest grocers, making food look as good as it tastes.
One of us knows how to get value out of every part of the animal. The other knows how to make people care about what's on the shelf. Together we share a passion for responsibly produced food that tastes great, and gives back.
Our best days are spent on public lands with our two kids, camping, hiking, cooking outside, or just sitting by a river. Those places are a big part of why we started Wily, and why we want to do it right.
The Long Way Around
We've been building Wily on nights and weekends while keeping our day jobs since 2021. Every year in those jobs taught us something we brought back to Wily. It's been a labor of love, and at times a massive headache.
A lot changed along the way. We moved across the country to Portland, Oregon, had a second kid and put down roots in the Pacific Northwest. It's become home.
The idea hasn't changed: use the whole animal, support farmers & ranchers who are rebuilding the soil, and put it all in a package that actually makes sense.
Making the best of what's left.
